DONATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Fill out the Donor Information Form (MS Word Doc).
- Send the Form along with your donation to the address below.
- If sending a check, please make it out to “Brooklyn Public Interest Law Foundation.”
- Tax receipts will be mailed shortly after the event unless requested earlier.
- BLSPI’s Tax ID number is 11-3083437.
- Donations must be received by Friday, February 16, 2012 to be included in the auction (of course, we will make exceptions if you contact us).
